North Italian Cuisine Meal:

They offer a variety of house-made pastas, hand-stretched artisanal pizzas, and classic Italian entrees. Their squid-ink tonarelli infuses a striking black color into it’s pasta and provides a subtle salty flavor. The springy calamari is paired with a spicy tomato sauce, making for a bright dish. Additionally, their house-made focaccia bread features a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, generously seasoned with oregano, rosemary, and sea salt. The hot honey and smoked prosciutto pizza was incredibly well-balanced in complexity, with a perfect mix of sweet Calabrian honey and salty specks of prosciutto, and was well supported by its light, crispy, thin crust. Finishing the meal, their modern takes on traditional Italian desserts, such as tiramisu and salted-caramel budino, were excellent.
