Ethiopian Cuisine Meal:
Their spice levels range from mild to mid-spicy. Their lamb and zilzil tibbs, cubed cuts of meat, feature compact flavor bursts of garlic, rosemary, cardamom, and traditional Ethiopian spices. Each cube is seared to perfection, leaving a crisp bite. The shiro wot is generously flavored with delicious bere bere sauce and tantalizing red onions. An amazing dish not only for vegetarians but for all restaurant-goers. My personal favorite was the goat kikil(goat stew); the aromatic herbs blended with the earthy flavors of turmeric and vibrant ginger-garlic made for the perfect comfort food. Additionally, the goat was nearly fork-tender and carried each bite of flavor with it.
